Welcome. I am glad that you're here. My name is Rebecca.
My offerings are one part mystery, one part tried and true teachings for somatic evolution and living a life of purpose, power, and joy. Through two decades of personal practice and working with clients on and off the mat, supported by years of study and teaching in India and the West, I have learned through embodied experience that the most effective way to my clients happens through letting go of traditional expectations and dogma. Combining a love for the ancient yogic living tradition with effective, practical tools for modern life, I hold focused, expansive space that allows my students to become present and deeply centered in their bodies so they can reconnect with and express their inner light and rest in their power.

Weekly Yoga
Live on Zoom - Tuesdays 8:00-9:15 PM (Eastern Time, USA)
Guided meditation, pranayama (breathwork), kriya & asana attuned to the energy of the moment.
Offered by donation, $25/class is suggested. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Workshops
Rise Rooted - Sunday, September 28 from 2:00-3:30 PM at Terra Sol Sanctuary, Wilmington NC
Reconnect with your roots so that you can expand into your fullness while remaining grounded.
Experience and recognize your light without the noise of the mind or disconnection from the body. A
nervous system centered practice that allows you to carry your yoga off the mat and into your life.

An intimate gathering to reconnect to Self in spiritual community. Yoga, reflection, sharing, and magic.
