Welcome.  I am glad that you're here.  My name is Rebecca.

My purpose is to serve as a guide and aligned support along the journey of remembering and honing our innate wisdom, potential, vitality, authentic voice and divine feminine power. I hold nourishing, inspiring, and expansive space that facilitates this process. I support you as you slow down and define or reconnect with your values, needs, and desires. I call on my thirteen years of working with clients in the corporate and legal fields to support you in the process of refining your life to become one that is self-honoring. To me, a life that is self-honoring is one that is attuned to my needs, heart, energy levels, and natural rhythms. One that feels spacious, supported, and fulfilling.  I wonder what self-honoring looks like for you?


There are many different ways to traverse the path towards a life that honors the Self. For me, it began with yoga. Fourteen years ago, I started a physical practice to get into my body and settle an ever-busy mind. Over time, I immersed myself in the integrative practice of yoga, the ancient science of self mastery, connection and evolution. My practice incorporated my love for self reflection, nature, my body, energy, devotional chanting, transformational breathwork, and sacred rituals. After a lifetime of exploring means of support that focused on addressing thoughts, emotions, or the physical body as separate entities, I can definitively say that we are more than the sum of our parts. It is why I offer an integrative approach that allows my students and clients to feel seen, heard, and supported at all levels of their being. This, in my experience, is how true transformation and liberation occurs.

Women's Circle - join the community weekly for six weeks and be heard, seen, and loved. The Circle is a
gentle, welcoming place to land as you explore your connection to yourself and others through guided
meditation, pranayama (breathwork), journaling, sharing, and movement. No judgment, advice, or fixing.
Live on Zoom.  Tuesdays @ 8 pm Eastern (USA) [90 minutes] from January 17-February 21. 
Guided Meditation - we sit together in meditation once a week for six weeks.  Each guided meditation
is focused on connecting to our various resources - from our breath to our grounded wisdom - to feel
connected to our whole, complete selves. Live on Zoom. Sundays @ 9 pm Eastern (USA)
[15-25 minutes] January 15-February 19.
